Pete Scott was born in Walker, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. He started out singing in folk clubs and has gone on to perform both nationally and internationally.
Pete has released three solo albums plus his homage to Joe Wilson, The Day Of Life and his latest work Talking To A Stranger.
Pete combines his writing and performing with a successful career as a freelance music teacher. He's worked in many diverse environments, including a two and a half year stint as resident musician in a high security prison.
He's also acted as musical director on the stage show The People Must Pay.
